We want you to be fully satisfied with your PausePower Creatine purchase. If you are not happy, please read our refund policy below:

  • Only unopened and unused products are eligible for a refund or exchange, for health and safety reasons.
  • Email or***@*********co.uk within 30 days of delivery to request a refund or exchange. Please include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the product.
  • Refunds are made to your original payment method once we have received and checked the returned item.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect. In that case, please include photos so we can deal with it quickly.
  • Opened products cannot be refunded unless they are faulty.
  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
